Legal
Complaints
Anyone can make a complaint to Automate Horizon: a customer, a visitor to a site we host, or a person shown in content on one of those sites. This page explains how to do it and what happens next.
If your complaint is about content that shows you without your consent, an intimate image shared without consent, content you believe shows a person under 18, or a copyright claim, use our Content Removal process instead. It is faster for those cases.
1. How to Make a Complaint
Email info@automatehorizon.com with the subject line “Complaint”. Please include:
- your name and how to reach you;
- what the complaint is about, with the web address (URL) of any page involved;
- for a billing complaint, the date and amount of the charge and the last four digits of the card used (never send the full card number);
- what outcome you are asking for.
You can also call +1 (865) 658 8656 or write to 6166 Walnut Avenue, Chino, CA 91710, USA.
2. What Happens Next
- Acknowledgement: we aim to confirm we have received your complaint within one business day.
- Review and outcome: we review every complaint and send you our response, with any action we have taken, within seven business days of receiving it.
- More information: if we need more detail to investigate, we will ask, and the seven business days run from when we have it.
3. Billing Complaints
Payments are processed by CCBill. You can raise a billing complaint with us, with CCBill consumer support at support.ccbill.com, or both. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
4. If You Are Not Satisfied
Reply to our response and say why. A different member of our team will look at the complaint again and reply within seven business days. This does not limit any right you have to contact your bank, your card issuer or a consumer protection authority.
