Made-to-order apparel store on the brand's own domain
We took WorkBesties from a growing print-on-demand catalogue to a complete branded clothing store on workbestiesclothing.com, with collections, shop filters, a size guide and customer care pages built in.
Project Overview
WorkBesties is an apparel brand for professional women who want their clothes to say what the office won't. Run by Work Besties LLC in Crystal River, Florida, it sells made-to-order tops, hoodies, tees and matching sets under the line "Work hard, wear it better." The brand grew out of a friendship between two coworkers, and that humor runs through the collection. The goal for the site was simple: give WorkBesties a complete store of its own at workbestiesclothing.com, where shoppers can browse by collection, check their fit, add to cart and get help without leaving the brand's domain. Every piece is printed on demand, so the store needed to present a growing catalogue clearly while the brand holds no inventory.
Automate Horizon built WorkBesties on our Website + Merch package, running on the brand’s own domain rather than a platform address. The home page opens with the brand line and new drops, then leads shoppers into three collections (Tops, Hoodies and Tshirts), a handpicked favorites row and a New Arrivals section.
The shop page lets buyers filter by category, price, size and color, and each product page carries its own options and sizing. The catalogue is print on demand: each order is made for the buyer, so WorkBesties can add new designs without holding stock. See how we approach merch stores.
Around the shop sit the pages that answer buyer questions before they become emails: a Size & Fit Guide with flat-lay charts for tees and tanks, long sleeves and hoodies; a Customer Care page with order tracking, returns, shipping and a contact form that also takes group and team order requests; and an About page with the brand’s story and an FAQ.
The site also carries a full legal set (privacy, terms, cookies, shipping and returns), a cookie consent banner that honors browser privacy signals, and an email signup so shoppers can hear about new drops and restocks.
