Content Removal & Takedown
This process covers automatehorizon.com and every creator website hosted by Automate Horizon. You do not need an account to use it.
1. What You Can Report
- An intimate image or video of you published without your consent.
- Content that shows you, or uses your name or likeness, without your consent.
- Content you believe shows a person under 18.
- Content you believe is otherwise illegal.
- Content that infringes your copyright (see section 4).
2. How to Report
Email info@automatehorizon.com with the subject line “Content removal”, or call +1 (865) 658 8656. Please include:
- the web address (URL) of each page or file;
- why the content should be removed;
- if the content shows you, a statement that it shows you and that you did not consent to it being published;
- your name and how to reach you. You may report on behalf of someone else if you are authorised to act for them.
We keep your report confidential and do not share your details with the person who published the content unless the law requires it.
3. What Happens Next
- Intimate images published without consent: we remove the content, or disable access to it, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, and take reasonable steps to remove known copies on the sites we host.
- Content that may show a person under 18: we disable access as soon as we receive the report, and we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Every other report: we review it and tell you the outcome within seven business days. Where a report is credible, we may disable access to the content while we review it.
The creator who published the content is told it was removed and may ask us to review the decision. A review is answered within seven business days. Content that shows someone without their consent is not restored on appeal unless that person’s consent is confirmed.
4. Copyright (DMCA) Notices
Automate Horizon responds to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). A notice must include:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the infringing material and its URL;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to info@automatehorizon.com or by post to 6166 Walnut Avenue, Chino, CA 91710, USA. If your content was removed after a notice and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
