8. Payment Gateways

a. Payment Gateway Applications and Transactions: By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that there is a possibility that your application for certain payment gateways, including but not limited to CC Bill, Stripe, and other providers, may be denied due to factors such as your credit standing and personal circumstances. While we endeavor to provide a seamless payment process, the decision to approve or deny your application rests solely with the payment gateway provider and is beyond our control.

b. Alternative Payment Methods: In the event that your application for a payment gateway is denied, or you prefer alternative payment methods, we offer options to process payments through providers such as Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. These options provide flexibility for transactions related to your merch store or other purchases made through our platform.

c. Manual Payment Processing: Please note that our systems allow payments to be initiated by the customer at checkout. However, in certain circumstances, additional manual tasks may be required from you to ensure your order is processed. These tasks may involve approving payment requests or confirming details before your products are dispatched from the supplier. Delays resulting from incomplete tasks or failure to provide necessary information may affect the delivery timeline.

d. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any delays, denials, or other issues arising from third-party payment gateway providers, and any such concerns should be addressed with the respective provider. By using our service, you agree to these conditions and understand that payment and order processing may require active participation on your part.

9. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility: Refunds for incomplete orders or pre-development services are eligible before build work begins.

b. Non-Refundable Fees: Third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration) and delivered services (e.g., approved websites or merch stores) are non-refundable.

c. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

10 Content and Compliance

a. Adult Content Compliance: Automate Horizon provides tools to comply with laws governing adult content, including age verification and geo-location blocking. Clients are responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance.

b. Lead Forms and Calendar Data: Information collected via lead forms and calendar systems is used exclusively for consultation and support purposes.

11. Governing Law

Automate Horizon strictly adheres to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. We do not support or provide services for activities that are considered illegal, including prostitution, in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited by law. Our platform and services are designed for legal content creation and online business management. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Automate Horizon’s services complies with all applicable legal standards and regulations.

REFUNDS

We strive for customer satisfaction; however, refunds are governed by the following terms:

1. Website and Merch Services

Refund Eligibility: Partial refunds are available if requested before the development phase begins. Once the build starts (coding, integrations, etc.), no refunds will be provided.

Revision Policy: Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as specified in the initial agreement. After the final revision, no refund requests will be entertained.

Non-Refundable Fees: Third-party expenses (e.g., hosting, domain registration) are non-refundable.

Final Delivery: No refunds will be issued after the website or merch store is delivered and approved.

2. SaaS-Related Services

Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees, communication surcharges, and fees for third-party services are non-refundable, regardless of usage. Any errors leading to excess fees will not be refunded.

Pre-paid and Minimum Commitment Subscriptions: Unused pre-paid services are non-refundable. Some subscriptions have minimum commitment requirements that cannot be canceled until met

Wallet Credit Refunds: Unused wallet balances must be claimed within 30 days of account termination. Unclaimed funds will be forfeited.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

CANCELLATIONS

We aim to make subscription management straightforward. If you wish to cancel your subscription and prevent any future rebilling, please follow these steps:

Cancellation Request: Contact Automate Horizon at info @ automatehorizon.com to request a subscription cancellation.

Processing Time: All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
