At Automate Horizon, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, given the nature of digital services and custom development, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following specific terms.
Refund Eligibility: Partial refunds are available only if requested before the development phase begins. Once the build process starts (coding, integrations, design setup, etc.), no refunds will be provided.
Revision Policy: Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as specified in their initial agreement. After the final revision is completed, no further refund requests will be entertained.
Non-Refundable Fees: Third-party expenses incurred on your behalf, including but not limited to hosting fees, domain registration, and premium plugin licenses, are strictly non-refundable.
Final Delivery: No refunds will be issued after the website or merch store has been delivered and approved by the client.
Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees, communication surcharges (SMS/Email usage), and fees for third-party integrations are non-refundable, regardless of actual usage levels. Any errors on the user’s end leading to excess fees will not be refunded.
Pre-paid and Minimum Commitment Subscriptions: Unused pre-paid services are non-refundable. Certain subscriptions may have minimum commitment requirements (e.g., 3-month or 12-month contracts) that cannot be cancelled or refunded until the term is met.
Wallet Credit Refunds: Unused wallet balances (credits purchased for usage) must be claimed within 30 days of account termination. Any unclaimed funds after this period will be forfeited.
Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved by our billing department, it will be processed within 7 business days.
Method: Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.
How to Cancel: You must submit a cancellation request via email to info@automatehorizon.com.
Notice Period: All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle date. Requests received within 48 hours of the billing date may result in a charge for the upcoming period.
Confirmation: Your cancellation is not final until you receive a confirmation email from our support team stating that your subscription has been terminated.
By purchasing digital content (including SaaS subscriptions, downloadable templates, or automation workflows) or requesting the immediate commencement of service (website development), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
1. Performance of the contract begins immediately upon purchase or account activation.
2. You explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of this content/service.
3. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) once the download, access, or service performance has begun.
