What Are My Monthly Cost?
Your ongoing costs for our Pro Merch include the initial setup fee, integration with print-on-demand suppliers, and store configuration. Once your store goes live, you’ll begin a monthly subscription with Shopify at $39 per month. Please note that this subscription fee is paid directly to Shopify, not Automate Horizon.
How Can I Access My Account?
You can access your account at https://app.gohorizon.io/ and you will login using your email address you sign up with. We also have a mobile iOS and Android App which is perfect for managing your communications with your Fans and Clients from your mobile phone. The Automate Horizon system is managed from a web browser and is not suitable for use from a mobile phone. To use the Automate Horizon system to the best of it's ability you will need access to a laptop or desktop computer.
Is My Custom Web Address Included?
No. Your custom web address is not included in the Pro Website package; however, we can assist you by purchasing the domain on your behalf from GoDaddy, charging only the cost of the domain itself with no additional fees.
